exwife is not using the in network insurance providers and Im getting the bills. What do I do?
I am ordered to pay for my 2 girls insurance each month($500+). They live out of state but have options for in network health care places they can go. Their mother does not use these providers and then the doctor offices send me the bills. I have talked with my ex and she does not seem to care about the billing. What can I do legally to prevent this from happening?
I’d contact a lawyer and have them send her a letter stating “If you choose to use other than the Network Insurance Providers (who’s provision is required by our support agreement), you are accepting full responsibility for the payment of any and all medical expenses incurred”.
