credit ratings scale

what is the credit scale ratings? what numbers are poor, good, very good , and excellant?

I just wanted to know the guide line numbers for my referance like if good credit is 650 or 600 tha kind of thing. All I know is that it rangesfrom 350 to 800.

There are 2 credit scoring systems FICO and Vantage.

FICO scores from 300 to 850 with anything that calculates to below a 300 defaulting to a 0.

Vantage scores from 501 to 900.

The breakdown for both is as follows;

FICO

Elite-740 & above
Prime-700-739
Preferred-660-699
Standard-625-659
Sub-prime-624 & down

Vantage

A-901-990
B-801-900
C-701-800
D-601-700
F-501-600

The only one that matters is FICO since that’s the one that all lenders look at.
