Why not pass a bill that lets everyone who wants social medicine to form a collective?
and let the rest of us keep our money where we want it?
I have had a job where I did not have insurance, guess what, I got a higher education and a better job. That is how America works. It is all about freedom.
Stealing from one person to pay for another is not going to lower cost. Obama needs to go after the lawyers who advertise daily to get the public to sue people. Capping these suits will lower the strain on insurance companies. Then simply regulate company pricing.
I can see a social value to a society where everyone has a baseline health insurance.
And for people who want better insurance – they can buy it! Win win all around.
