Can I transfer my license as a college student?
I actually have a few questions. I’m going to buy a car in the near future, in NJ, I go to college in PA. I was wondering if it was possible to buy the car in NJ and have PA insurance with a NJ license. If not, can I change to a PA license? I have credit card bills and a checking account statement that gets sent to the college there. Will i have to end up buying the car and getting insurance here and then when I go back to school transfer everything?
In the USA, if you are a full time college student living in a different place/state to attend college, your legal residence is considered to be your home (your parents) address.
